I am a visual artist living in San Francisco. My paintings are inspired by my memories of growing up in Delhi, India. As far back as I can remember, painting was my favourite pastime. I was a favourite of all my art teachers in school as I would be ready to bunk classes at a moment's notice so I could help them paint giant backdrops and posters for upcoming school events. I would lose myself completely in the painting task at hand. Lunch? Friends? Paint on my school uniform?? It didn't matter!! This is what I wanted to do forever. This is what I am doing now. Yes, I still get paint on my clothes.
